Top U.S. Event Horse Ballynoe Castle RM RetiresBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · May 2, 2017

It was a bittersweet Sunday for KER-sponsored rider Buck Davidson as he officially retired Ballynoe Castle RM at the 2017 Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event.

Reggie retired as the all-time points leader in United States eventing history.

Buck had the honor of riding Reggie throughout his career. Longtime groom Kathleen Blauth-Murray also had a very special bond with Reggie. The pair opened the event as the dressage test ride on Thursday morning.

Buck relies on KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds to power his top horses. Buck chooses RE•LEVE® Sport and Ovation™.

“Reggie has been on KER-formulated horse feeds since he arrived in the U.S.,” Buck said. “He has been one of the most successful horses in U.S. history and has done it all on KER-formulated horse feeds.”
